01 / How does sizing run?
Tops are cut oversized unless the product says otherwise. Trousers use waist measurements in inches. Every product page carries a fit note and model measurements.
Between two sizes in outerwear, take the smaller one; the shoulder line is generous.
02 / When will my order ship?
Orders leave the studio within one business day. Delivery estimate: 24–48 h in Spain · 2–4 days EU.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
03 / What does shipping cost?
Flat rate 4,95 €, free over 150 €.
Duties and import taxes for destinations outside the United States are the responsibility of the recipient.
04 / Can I change or cancel an order?
Before it ships, yes — reply to the confirmation email with the order number. After it ships, use the returns process once it arrives.
05 / Will sold-out pieces return?
Runs are limited. A sold-out size usually stays sold out; the next cut is a new product, not a restock.
06 / Is my payment secure?
Pay over WhatsApp or by card through Stripe. Card details never touch this store's servers, and a WhatsApp order only counts as paid once the studio confirms your transfer.
