Unworn, tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
01 / How to return
Email studio@benjamins.world with the order number and the items you are returning. The studio replies with a return address and instructions.
Pack the garment in its original condition. Ship with tracking — we cannot refund a parcel that never arrives.
02 / What qualifies
Unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Try it on, do not wear it out.
Final-sale items are marked on the product page and are not eligible.
03 / Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection. Shipping charges are refunded only when the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
04 / Exchanges
The fastest exchange is a return plus a new order — the size you want may sell out while a parcel is in transit.
05 / Faults
Manufacturing faults are covered beyond the window. Send photographs and we will repair, replace, or refund.
