Terms of sale for BENJAMINS.
01 / Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the confirmation email is sent. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
02 / Pricing
Prices are shown in EUR and include Spanish IVA at 21%. Delivery is charged per the shipping policy. Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla are VAT-exempt and may incur local duties on delivery.
03 / Payment
Pay over WhatsApp or by card through Stripe. WhatsApp orders are reserved immediately and are only marked as paid once the studio confirms your transfer.
04 / Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and copy belong to the studio. Nothing may be reproduced commercially without written permission.
05 / Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
