Orders are picked and packed at the Barcelona studio within one business day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday ship the following Monday.

Estimated transit: 24–48 h in Spain · 2–4 days EU.

Peninsular Spain arrives in 24–48 hours, the Balearics in 2–4 days, and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in 3–5 days.

Tracking is emailed at dispatch. If tracking has not moved in three business days, write to the studio and we will open a trace.

We ship across Spain, the Balearics and the Canary Islands, plus the European Union and selected international destinations. Remote destinations may take longer than the estimate; the carrier decides the final route.

Prices include Spanish IVA at the rate shown at checkout. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla orders ship VAT-exempt; customs charges and local taxes are billed by the carrier to the recipient.

Report damage within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the garment. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded once the carrier closes the claim.
